1. Are other payment options (such as PayLah!) available?
Only credit card or debit card is accepted at the moment (payment is handled by Stripe or by PayPal).
Please do not contact me about alternative payment methods!
2. What personal information do you collect?
To subscribe, you need to provide:
- A valid email (proof of purchase will be sent to the email address)
- A valid credit/debit card
Note: Since payment is handled by Stripe/PayPal, I do not have access to your credit/debit card information.
3. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes you can cancel anytime. You won't be charged as long as you cancel before the renewal date.
Note on renewal date:
- For 2 month plan: If you subscribed on 2nd January, the next renewal date is 2nd March.
- For 6 month plan: If you subscribed on 2nd January, the next renewal date is 2nd July.
4. Are the solutions available in hard copy?
No, solutions are not available in hard copy.
